Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a FT Replenishment Manager in Reno, NV. You will lead inventory management, merchandising, and customer service to maintain a well-stocked store. You’ll assist with SOP adherence, planograms, truck processes, and safety programs while acting as Manager on Duty and supporting talent development.

Responsibilities include maintaining seasonal sets, Omni channel support, and collaboration with the Store Manager and management team to drive store KPIs.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance.
• Plan for a well merchandised and in-stock store for customers to shop.
• Deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and Company programs adherence; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage truck processes and lead teams to meet standards and KPI targets.
• Manage planogram process, AD set processes, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training; support Talent Development and Performance Mgmt.
