Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Manager of Meetings & Events to oversee group bookings, room blocks, F&B, and concessions. The role partners with Group Sales to ensure contracts are executed and revenues optimized while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include drafting turnover letters, reviewing contracts, forecasting revenues, and coordinating with culinary teams on events. A strong background in luxury hotels and Delphi/Opera systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; 3–5 years' experience in Event Management; luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree; Delphi and Opera experience, cloud-based experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products and function room setup
• Strong math, billing accuracy, and English communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relations and ensure conference specs are communicated and executed.
• Monitor room blocks and spaces to maximize hotel revenue.
• Review contracts, concessions, and attrition clauses with clients.
• Forecast room and F&B revenues within a 5% variance.
• Prepare and distribute Conference Resume and accurate BEOs 14 days prior to events.
• Collaborate with Culinary team on catering and banquets; oversee onsite client interactions.
