Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to drive corporate group sales, manage event details, and collaborate with partners to maximize hotel revenue. The role emphasizes proactive planning, client service, and cross-functional coordination.

The position requires a customer-focused professional who can maintain accounts, forecast revenue, and participate in customer functions to ensure successful events and satisfaction across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Propose, prospect, contract, and detail smaller corporate groups for the hotel.
• Respond quickly and professionally to internal partners and external customers with clear communication.
• Maintain strong time management, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Sustain existing accounts and develop new business in the hotel’s market.
• Monitor pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, space, concessions, reports, and billing.
• Attend customer functions as needed to support group sales and relationships.
• Forecast group rooms and F&B revenues with internal and external partners to maximize hotel revenue.
• Learn the hotel’s food & beverage offerings, function space, AV, and related event details to ensure successful events.
