Job summary

CBRE Meetings & Events is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee daily operations, delivering world-class event programming and exceptional client service. You will lead a team of meeting and event specialists, coordinating planning, space prep, service delivery and post-event wrap-up with a focus on quality.

Based in Bellevue, WA, this role requires travel between multiple offices in the East and Latin America region, and partnership with the Americas Events & Amenities leadership to drive budgets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in meetings & events management.
• Experience leading cross-location teams.
• Strong budgeting and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across locations and manage staffing and performance.
• Oversee budgets, cost control and procurement for events.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate with clients to align events with goals and timelines.
• Track KPIs and continuously improve event and amenity processes.
• Ensure safety, compliance and facility requirements for all events.
