Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Meeting Planner for Specialty Networks to plan and execute meetings and educational programs. You will coordinate attendee registration, travel, venue logistics, speaker and Health Care Professional engagement, and onsite operations within a fast-paced regulatory environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with event management tools such as Cvent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in meeting planning or event coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35% including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration, travel coordination, hotel accommodations, AV needs, and F&B.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on meetings agenda and item tracking.
• Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and HCP spend reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and TOV reporting.
• Use Cvent to manage registrations and communications.
• Provide onsite support and materials coordination.
• Maintain event records and budgets.
