Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Meeting Planner for Specialty Networks to assist in planning and executing meetings and educational programs across urology, GI, and rheumatology. You will coordinate attendee registration, travel, and onsite logistics while ensuring regulatory compliance and value reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 2+ years in event coordination, and proficiency with Cvent and Microsoft Office. Some travel will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in meeting planning or event coordination or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% and occasional nights/weekends.
• Experience with Cvent or similar platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Specialty Networks meetings and events, including registration, travel coordination, hotel accommodations, audiovisual needs, and food and beverage arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners through regular planning meetings and assist with agenda development and action item tracking.
• Manage travel-related activities before, during, and after events, including travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and transfer of value reporting requirements.
• Utilize Cvent and other event tools to manage registrations, attendee communications, reporting, and mobile apps.
• Coordinate HCP contracting and payment processes with timely reporting and compliance.
