Qualifications

• Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and two (2) years of administrative support experience.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with students, faculty, and external partners.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail in managing compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with program guidelines set by accrediting bodies to maintain ongoing accreditation.
• Manages student placement processes and coordinates residency and fellowship matches via ERAS.
• Develops and implements orientation programs and provides guidance on academic and programmatic issues.
• Contributes to the creation and execution of departmental policies and manages program budgets and expenditures.
• Oversees maintenance of program records, files, databases, and related web content.
• Coordinates and supervises educational activities, including scheduling, lectures, and evaluations.
