Job summary

Argon Medical Devices, a Plano, TX-based medical device manufacturer, seeks a driven field sales professional to drive growth within Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Critical Care Devices.

You will own designated accounts, develop tactical plans, conduct product demonstrations, provide in-servicing, and collaborate with marketing to expand clinical adoption; up to 90% travel, travel nights as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell portfolio of medical device products to new and existing customers within Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Critical Care Devices.
• Develop and implement tactical sales plans for growing new business and expanding current business within territory.
• Maintain complete ownership over designated accounts within the territory.
• Work with other sales and marketing employees to enhance technical visibility and company image within all accounts.
• Establish and manage territory’s target list and forecast for prospective accounts.
• Build and maintain professional business relationships with physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Conduct sales presentations to groups and demonstrate use of medical device product portfolio to prospective end-user.
• Provide in-servicing and clinical information to end users in and around procedure rooms and surgical suites.
• Prospect via phone and cold calling.
• Provide reports to management on activities, forecasts, sales, and projects accurately and on time.
