Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading centralized input and log coordination across multiple markets.
• Strong track record of improving workflows, setting priorities, and driving change.
• Experience coaching and developing senior coordinators and log coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution for centralized input and log coordination teams across multiple markets.
• Establish priorities, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and accountability standards.
• Coach and develop Senior Log Coordinators and Log Coordinators to foster high performance.
• Own staffing allocation, workload balancing, capacity planning, and coverage strategies.
• Oversee contracts, traffic, copy, reporting, and other input functions to maintain accuracy.
