This leadership role focuses on staffing, capacity planning, and cross-functional partnerships with ACCET, Output teams, and production partners.

• Experience leading centralized input/log coordination teams across multiple markets.
• Strong ability to standardize processes and drive efficiency.
• Capable of staffing, capacity planning and workload balancing.
• Proven cross-functional partnership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution for centralized input and log coordination across markets.
• Establish priorities, rhythms, escalation paths, and accountability standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Senior Log Coordinators and Log Coordinators.
• Own staffing allocation, workload balancing, capacity planning, and coverage strategies.
• Oversee contracts, traffic, copy, reporting, inventory workflows for input functions.
• Analyze workflows and metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Design standardized processes and best practices to reduce variation.
• Partner with ACCET leadership, Output teams, production, and stations.
• Translate needs into clear process solutions and system enhancements.
• Lead resolution of complex operational issues and communicate clearly.
• Support major initiatives with scalable implementation plans.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
