Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day centralized input and log coordination teams across markets.
• Establish priorities, rhythms, escalation paths, and accountability standards.
• Coach and develop Senior Log Coordinators and Log Coordinators.
• Own staffing allocation, workload balancing, and capacity planning.
• Oversee contracts, traffic, copy, reporting, and related workflows.
• Analyze workflows and metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Design standardized processes and documentation to reduce variation.
• Partner with ACCET leadership and cross-functional teams to align workflows.
• Translate operational needs into process solutions and system enhancements.
• Lead resolution of complex operational issues with clear communication.
• Support major initiatives with scalable implementation plans.
