Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Media & Technical Operations to lead Drive Auto’s paid media execution and tech support. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure campaigns run smoothly, and adapt to evolving ad platforms.

You will mentor staff, drive performance, and partner with sales and client teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a hybrid Lafayette, LA setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital advertising, paid media, or automotive marketing/tech.
• 2+ years leading and developing a team.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid search and paid social.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager; TikTok and other platforms.
• Experience overseeing campaign execution, optimization, QA, and performance analysis.
• Experience with technical support, platform implementation, migrations, troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of platform changes and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Drive Auto Media and Tech Support teams to high performance.
• Oversee paid campaigns: builds, optimization, quality, testing, and analysis.
• Provide SME leadership across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Evaluate impact of platform updates; decide on testing and adoption.
• Oversee Tech Support: configuration, setup, migrations, troubleshooting, escalations.
• Improve SLAs, processes, and client experience across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to deliver on-time media deliverables.
• Represent Drive Auto in client conversations with clear, decisive recommendations.
• Mentor teammates with feedback, coaching, and training opportunities.
• Lead by example with professionalism and continuous improvement.
