The role demands deep agency experience, leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in media/advertising, strong financial acumen, and excellence in process optimization.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has media or advertising agency experience and understands the inner workings of the agency model.
• 10+ years of overall industry experience with 5+ years in media agency setting within an Advertising agency.
• Financial savvy within the media expertise.

• Document scope assumptions and develop staff plans to support media proposals.
• Shape approaches and create meaningful views of scope across different media services and capabilities.
• Lead business operations support and staffing negotiations across accounts.
