Razorfish is seeking an Associate Director, Media Account in a hybrid project management and client services role. You will coordinate across Client Services, Media, Search, Social, Programmatic, Creative, Ad Operations, and Data & Analytics to ensure flawless execution of media campaigns and timely delivery of budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital media, integrated marketing, project management, and/or account management.
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and reporting fundamentals.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills are critical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the media campaign operations and project delivery.
• Drive the mediaplan implementation from initiation to completion and analysis; ensure deliverables and budgets are met.
• Facilitate communication across internal and external teams to maintain alignment on timelines and dependencies.
• Support billing, budgeting, and tracking processes for financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with strategy and media teams to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable steps.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable workflows.
• Maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and addressing opportunities.
