Job summary

SourceBlue is a Turner Construction Company subsidiary focused on procurement for major projects. We are seeking a procurement professional to support project delivery by developing scopes, coordinating bids, and managing documentation for review and approval.

The role requires reviewing drawings and specs, crafting RFQ/RFPs, evaluating bids, and recommending awards. Collaboration with SB Preconstruction and project teams will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building construction, supply chain, or related field with minimum 4 years of procurement experience.
• Broad knowledge of construction and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and construction accounting procedures.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specs, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Experience analyzing supplier proposals, pricing, and documenting procurement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive bid procurement, bid evaluations, and BAFO processes for assigned projects.
• Develop bid documentation and ROA forms for SB review and approval.
• Draft scopes of work and ensure clarity and alignment with project needs.
• Analyze supplier proposals and coordinate with project/preconstruction teams.
• Support procurement forecasts and contribute to process improvements.
