Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a procurement professional to support project delivery in New Jersey. You will review drawings, develop scopes of work, solicit bids, and manage bid processes from RFQ/RFP through BAFOs.

You will coordinate with SB procurement leads to ensure compliant documentation and timely awards. The role emphasizes live collaboration with project teams, development of clear bid documentation, and escalation of complex issues to procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related construction procurement, sourcing experience, or similar project roles.
• Knowledge of drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and procurement procedures.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SourceBlue competitive bid procurement, BAFOs, RFQ/RFP development and bid management.
• Establish project-specific bidding procedures and review bid lists for comments.
• Develop, refine, and finalize scopes of work for procurement packages.
• Draft ROA documents and coordinate with SB Procurement and Preconstruction leads.
