Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
Master’s degree preferred; certification is a plus.
Experience in client relations, consulting, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow revenue and market share in the local market.
Lead and mentor the local PDS team, ensuring alignment with standards and goals.
Deepen client and stakeholder relationships to exceed expectations.
Oversee P&L and identify operational risks while supporting growth initiatives.
Assist in developing market-level strategies with measurable targets.
