Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Director, Project & Development Services to lead the project management service line, drive business development, financial management, and client relations across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in management, strong leadership, and advanced PM skills. MBA or certifications preferred; MS Project and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of related experience with 5+ years of management experience.
• Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the department or practice area.
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in the PM business.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting/financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling for corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management service line and business development.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and client reports.
• Manage due diligence, design, entitlements, procurement, and construction processes.
• Provide on-site supervision ensuring performance criteria are met.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PDS technology for assigned projects.
• Oversee PDS staff and drive performance, policy adoption, and team motivation.
