Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Director, Project & Development Services to lead the project management service line for a designated team or sector in the United States. You will drive business development, operations, financial management, client relations and project execution with senior leadership, shaping strategy and delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 15+ years of related experience with 5+ years in management, and strong

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project management services for designated teams.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses for projects.
• Coordinate due diligence, design, entitlements, procurement and construction activities.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance; mitigate risks and liabilities.
• Support business development and identification of client opportunities.
• Supervise PDS staff and ensure policy adherence.
