Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Planning to lead the supply planning and capacity management function, ensuring material availability, optimal inventory, and customer service targets. You will own master production scheduling, coordinate with S&OP, and drive cross-functional improvements.
The role requires 8+ years in supply chain, APICS preferred, and strong ERP skills (Oracle/SAP) to optimize production plans and inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; APICS certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years in supply chain with supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP for PPL/ MPS and inventory planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication.
- Ability to influence across supply chain and drive cross-functional solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of supply planners and analysts with coaching.
- Manage supply-demand imbalances with speed; escalate risks proactively.
- Identify risks in the supply network and mitigate them.
- Develop supply continuity plans for critical materials.
- Represent planning on high-priority cross-functional projects.
