Job summary

CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is seeking an experienced Production Planning and Inventory Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and inventory accuracy across the manufacturing floor. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement to balance capacity with demand.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, KPI tracking, BOM changes with engineering, and leading a team to deliver on-time, cost‑effective production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in relevant roles with 5+ years in inventory management, planning, scheduling and distribution.
• Automotive supplier experience strongly desired.
• Proven track record of team leadership and performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing cost structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production control planning and scheduling to meet forecasts and balance manpower and machine utilization.
• Investigate deviations to production schedules and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide accurate customer order responses with schedules, materials, and systems in place.
• Develop production plans and forecasts with the Operations Manager.
• Drive inventory strategy to balance demand and carrying costs while minimizing premium freight.
