Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Materials & Scheduling Supervisor to lead planning, scheduling, and inventory for Therma‑Tru Retail operations. You will partner with Plant Operations, Sourcing, and Customer Service to ensure material readiness and optimal capacity.

The role requires a hands‑on leader who will coach the team, manage multi‑shift demand, and drive continuous improvements in service levels and working capital.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in materials management, production scheduling, manufacturing supply chain, or related discipline.
• Previous people leadership or supervisory experience with coaching and leading through others.
• Strong knowledge of materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong prioritization and time‑management skills; ability to focus on priorities and move the team forward.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytical tools.
• Ability to support a multi‑shift manufacturing operation; flexibility in schedule.
• Experience supporting retail customers, growth initiatives, or new product introductions.
• APICS/ASCM, ISM, or related supply chain certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead materials planning and production scheduling for BPO retail operations, aligning material availability with demand and capacity.
• Manage inventory to meet service and working capital objectives, reducing slow‑moving and obsolete stock.
• Develop and maintain capacity plans; identify risks and mitigate to protect service.
• Partner with Plant Operations, Sourcing, Customer Service, Commercial, and other teams to set priorities and resolve issues.
• Support S&OP/S&OE by providing visibility to demand/capacity gaps, constraints, and actions."
• Lead planning activities for growth, new product introductions, and special projects.
• Monitor KPIs related to service, schedule attainment, inventory, and working capital; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain ERP-based planning processes, data accuracy, and controls; improve systems and visibility.
• Lead, coach, and develop the materials and scheduling team; build capability and growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture of high service, quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement through coaching and cross‑functional partnership.
