Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in senior Purchasing, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management or Operations.
• 5+ years of management leading large supply chain teams.
• Six Sigma/Lean experience preferred.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• MS Office including Access/Excel proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Experience with government contract supply chain regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of a comprehensive supply planning process.
• Implement process improvements and systems projects to boost efficiency and reduce cost.
• Provide regular updates to business unit leaders with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal and trade compliance requirements.
• Lead procurement, planning, shipping, receiving and warehouse teams.
• Evaluate and report on supply chain KPIs (e.g., variance, cycle count, inventory).
• Provide regular inventory reporting to Finance, Sales & Marketing and key customers.
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated growth plans.
• Develop talent and retention strategies within the planning team.
• Train, coach and evaluate team members.
