Job Summary: The Director, Supply Chain is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and execution of end-to-end supply chain operations supporting Teledyne FLIR operations, engineering, and business objectives. This position oversees procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory management, supplier development, and supply chain risk management to ensure a resilient, cost-effective, and scalable supply chain. The Director partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Commercial teams to align supply chain strategies with customer demand, operational requirements, business growth initiatives, and financial objectives.
10-20% travel required.
