Job summary

Aitech Defense Systems is hiring a Senior Material Planner to establish and maintain material and production plans that align with customer commitments and inventory objectives. You will manage planning within the ERP/MRP system and collaborate across Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Program Delivery, and Production to optimize demand signals and capabilities.

You will influence planning integrity, schedule adherence, and inventory optimization while ensuring ITAR compliance and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in material planning or supply chain planning.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environments.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material and production plans for assigned programs.
• Balance demand, lead times, and production capacity.
• Analyze shortages, risks, and schedule feasibility.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Production.
• Provide schedule visibility and planning analysis for programs.
• Support S&OP, forecasting, and performance reporting.
