Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Material Planning Specialist to manage inventory, procurement analysis, and cost optimization for the MNAe BSA MG plant. You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality and timely parts flow.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive production planning, SAP/MM, MES experience, and strong communication skills. A engineering background is preferred to support BOM and EO changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• 2+ years in Just in Sequence production control in automotive.
• Experience with Hyundai / Kia / MOBIS preferred.
• Automotive assembly/manufacturing experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory for production and events.
• Oversee SAP order monitoring and portal usage for accuracy.
• Manage cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on shortages.
• Prepare KPI reports on inventory turnover and aging.
