Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer production plan and monitor changes.
• Inform related departments about production plan changes (Schedule, UPH, shift plan, volume).
• Adjust production plans with the customer as needed due to logistics, production, or quality issues.
• Maintain the MES/ERP data and ensure accuracy of line information and timing.
• Prepare monthly/weekly production reports and lead index analysis.
• Maintain plant information and production index data.
• Respond to headquarters requirements and support special projects.
