• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Agresso, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proven track record in controlling costs to budget.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles with tangible results.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• APICS or similar supply chain certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic material planning and scheduling to support timely receipts and shipments.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, components and supplies.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and purchasing to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Develop the materials management team and enforce safety and quality policies.
• Monitor material and logistics costs and identify savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage ERP/MRP data to drive data-driven decisions.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and Lean culture.
• Collaborate with HR on talent development and succession planning.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
