Fluke Health Solutions in Glenwood, IL seeks a Manufacturing and Assembly Manager to lead multiple product lines, drive Lean improvements, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. You will partner across HR, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize daily management and material flow.

The role oversees ~20 hourly employees, with a focus on safety, quality, and data-driven decision making. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of progressive operations and cross-functional management experience.
• Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in engineering or a technical field.
• Proven track record in controlling costs to budget.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies with tangible results.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-line manufacturing and assembly operations across product lines and departments.
• Act as primary change agent in Daily Management to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
• Own production reports, logs and KPI data; present to senior leadership and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain for smooth flow.
• Champion Gemba and Fortive Business System to extend Lean culture and coach leaders.
• Plan and schedule to ensure timely receipts, shipments and material management across lines.
