Tyson Foods in Springdale, Arkansas is seeking a Senior Production Manager for the 2nd shift at a new poultry facility. You will assist in controlling expenses, ensure compliance with federal meat inspection and OSHA regulations, and lead production supervisors to meet quality, yield, and labor standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in related industry and 5+ years supervisory experience in meat processing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, USDA and HACCP regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead and train production supervisors; manage shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling expenses and coordinating production goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements.
• Interpret and enforce company policies; maintain non-union program.
• Determine manpower needs and prepare reports reflecting conditions.
• Coordinate with department heads to meet production quality yields and labor standards.
• Oversee all designated shift operations and maintain safety, sanitation and food safety.
