Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Capacity & Growth Material Program Manager to lead supply chain activities for the Patriot GEM-T Missile Product Line. The role interfaces with Program Office, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts to ensure on-time delivery and capacity expansion.

Ideal candidates have aerospace defense SCM background, ERP/MRP experience (SAP), and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in related field.
• Defense or Aerospace experience in supply chain or production control.
• ERP/MRP experience, e.g., SAP or equivalent system.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Drive processes to meet aggressive delivery schedules.
• Support Earned Value Management through EAC process.
• Develop Risk & Opportunity plans to meet commitments and manage mitigations.
• Monitor performance metrics and address program and functional issues.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives to improve cycle time.
• Influence cross-functional decisions to achieve program success.
