Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager to lead factory capacity expansion, capital investments, and Make/Buy decisions for the Patriot GEM-T Product Line. The role focuses on securing long-term production readiness and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include developing external test equipment strategies, optimizing the supply base, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance while managing risks in a dynamic defense

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in defense/aerospace supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
• Experience in defense or aerospace supply chain, operations or manufacturing.
• Budget management, proposals, and/or finance experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external test equipment strategy aligned with production demand.
• Lead make/buy/where strategies to optimize cost, capacity, and sourcing.
• Improve first-pass yield by addressing CRIs with cross-functional partners.
• Drive cost and schedule performance, identify risks and opportunities, implement corrective actions.
• Participate in CORE projects to boost Operations & Supply Chain performance.
