Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager to lead Global Supply Chain activities for the Patriot GEM-T international programs, with onsite work in Andover or Tewksbury, MA. The role spans the full program life cycle from capture to sustainment in a dynamic matrix environment, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have 8+ years in program management or 5+ with an advanced degree, plus experience with MRP systems like PRISM/KINAXIS and budget/EV

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access under this program/contract.
• Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management, MRP systems and tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS, ROM Tool, AOP or proposals.
• MPM Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and interface to the PMO.
• Report program status and issues to customers, offering solutions and corrective action.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using MFT and align with IPTs.
• Manage material sales risk & opportunity using ROM Tool.
• Support program start-up activities, including MPP and CFB baselining.
• Support bottoms-up proposal management and CAPA supplier management.
• Assist program audits, including USG material pricing audits.
• Support EXIM licensing requirements and 130 sweeps.
