Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Capacity & Growth Material Program Manager to support the Patriot GEM-T Missile Product Line. The role leads material program plans, supplier management, and cross-functional coordination to meet aggressive delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in defense/aerospace supply chain or production control, ERP/MRP experience (SAP), and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Onsite work in Andover MA is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Defense or aerospace experience in supply chain or production control.
• ERP/MRP experience (SAP or equivalent).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and serve as SCM SME.
• Drive processes to meet aggressive delivery schedules.
• Support Earned Value Management through EAC process.
• Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments.
