Job summary

RTX seeks a seasoned Program Operations Manager to drive capital investment, capacity growth, and operational performance for the Patriot GEM‑T Product Line. You will lead external test equipment strategy, make/buy decisions, and cross-functional improvements to ensure production readiness.

Leverage 10+ years in defense/aerospace operations, manage budgets and proposals, and maintain DoD security clearance. This onsite U.S. role requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant work, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Defense or Aerospace experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external test equipment strategy aligned with production demand.
• Lead make/buy/where strategies to optimize cost, capacity and risk.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with Missile GEM-T Product Line to expand supply base capacity.
