Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager to drive capital investment, capacity growth, and operational performance for the Patriot GEM-T Product Line. The role requires strategic leadership in factory expansion, Make/Buy decisions, and supplier collaboration to meet current and long-term program needs.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in defense/aerospace operations, strong budget/finance experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Defense or aerospace experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing.
• Experience with budgets, proposals or finance.
• ERP/MRP experience such as SAP or equivalent system.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external test equipment strategy aligned with production demand.
• Lead make/buy/where decisions to optimize cost, capacity and risk.
• Lead CRIs to improve yield and integrate improvements into the technology roadmap.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Participate in CORE projects to enhance operations and supply chain performance.
• Propose strategic business solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Influence stakeholders and coordinate decisions across teams.
• Balance priorities to meet program commitments and manage risks.
• Coordinate with Missile GEM-T Product Line to expand capacity and reduce cycle time.
