Job summary

Powell in North Canton, OH is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory and materials operations across multiple locations. You will drive metrics, solve root causes, and partner with leadership to deliver cost-effective, on-time performance.

You will oversee receiving, warehousing, and supplier relations, develop annual plans, manage staff, and mentor teams while pursuing continuous improvement and ISO 9000 compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: BS degree in technical field; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; equivalent
• Combination of education and experience break down supply chain base.
• Organization with strong players

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement and track critical metrics for inventory.
• Investigates and solves problems through root cause analysis from cycle counting.
• Lead inventory management across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute logistics sourcing strategies; including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, crating/packaging, freight bill auditing.
• Provide leadership and develop annual business/operational plans with department objectives.
• Oversee and monitor the receiving and materials department.
