Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, facilities, or related
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge (TPS or equivalent)
• Experience leading capital equipment and facility improvement projects
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specs
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime
• Evaluate processes, equipment, tooling, layouts, and production methods
• Lead capital equipment projects from concept through installation and launch
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and develop corrective actions
• Support new product introductions, installations, and process changes cross-functionally
• Lead Lean, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Maintain safety, standards, and regulatory compliance
• Manage PM programs, budgets, and supplier relationships
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and external service providers
• Prepare site/workforce for audits and continuous improvement initiatives
