The Chamberlain Group is seeking a Materials Manager to lead warehousing, receiving, purchasing and planning across the supply chain. You will manage a team of buyers and analysts, drive KPI improvements, and support a lean inventory strategy to prevent stock-outs and ensure production readiness.

You will partner with suppliers, optimize the MRP program, implement reorder points, and lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining safe, compliant operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• ASCM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead warehousing and receiving departments, including daily operations and staffing.
• Direct purchasing buyers and supply chain analysts; set priorities and ensure outputs meet business needs.
• Oversee receiving and warehousing processes; manage returns of non-conforming products.
• Support inventory tracking and replenishment to avoid stock-outs; manage KPI metrics.
• Develop and implement reorder point programs and manage MRP inputs/setups.
• Negotiate material costs; manage disposal of surplus materials.
• Establish supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
