Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Scheduler/Planning Coordinator to coordinate capacity and demand planning for a manufacturing facility. You will analyze forecasts, develop a feasible master schedule and production plan, and communicate with sales, product management, sourcing and operations to align execution with the master schedule.

The role requires five years of supply chain experience, proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively more complex supply chain experience.
• Advanced knowledge of material control, supply chain planning, inventory control, and demand management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gathers forecast, capacity, and constraints data to develop a valid production plan and master schedule.
• Leads the Sales Inventory and Operations Process and coordinates with sales, product management and operations.
• Collaborates with partners to communicate and achieve the facility master schedule.
• Ensures material inventory plans support the master schedule and coordinates with sourcing.
• Leads the planning group to meet delivery dates by setting shop priorities.
