Critical Loop is hiring a Production Master Scheduler to build rate-based plans, identify shortages, and forecast long-term resource needs. You will align multiple teams to meet delivery milestones and optimize utilization of parts and staffing based on lead times.

Responsibilities include negotiating priorities, leveraging ERP/MRP systems, and driving risk mitigation to ensure on-time builds in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 3+ years in manufacturing scheduling or planning.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead integrated production scheduling across product lines and define rate-based schedules.
• Identify part, staffing, and resource shortages; project long-term needs.
• Create scenarios to optimize hardware and resource allocations between lines.
• Set and track daily and weekly goals; manage constraints and risks.
• Prioritize production resources; negotiate priorities with leadership.
• Use ERP/MRP data to identify shortages and define workable solutions.
• Analyze capacity, close gaps, and drive corrective actions to prevent delays.
