Job summary

THG, including its Bentley Labs division in Edison, NJ, is seeking an Operations Master Scheduler to drive the long- and mid‑term production plan. You will balance demand, capacity, materials, and labor to deliver reliable schedules across the organization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality to align priorities with manufacturing capacity and continuous improvement goals. This role requires strong data analysis and ERP/MRP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (cosmetic/pharma) desirable.
• Experience developing or managing master production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand, orders, forecasts, inventory needs, and business priorities.
• Lead regular scheduling and capacity review meetings, communicating significant schedule changes and downstream impacts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, and Quality to ensure material availability and account for testing, release timelines, validations, investigations, and other quality constraints.
• Provide realistic production date commitments and maintain visibility of planned versus actual production performance.
