B&G Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our Production Control team in Hatfield, PA. The Master Scheduler develops and maintains the master production schedule, coordinates production priorities, and communicates schedule requirements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule for products manufactured at our Hatfield facility.
• Maintain the shipping plan and establish production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor production progress and proactively identify potential delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate production priorities with Production Supervisors, Job Coordinators, Customer Service, Materials, Contract Administration, and other departments.
• Develop and maintain weekly overtime schedules based on production requirements and shipping goals.
• Monitor machine, labor, and production capacity and adjust schedules as needed.
