Formación

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
• APICS CPIM Certification; alternatively, achieving certification within one year of assuming the position will be required.
• 5 years experience in roles of progressively increasing responsibilities in Production Planning in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in Master Scheduling/Capacity Planning.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze demand and supply at item, customer, and master schedule levels, identify out-of-balance conditions and recommend actions.
• Conduct rough-cut capacity planning prior to publishing a master schedule and summarize schedules for released orders.
• Act as internal educator and consultant on master scheduling issues across the company.
• Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability and order-promising integrity.
• Create a master schedule that satisfies customer demand while leveling work and optimizing inventory and resources.
• Participate in Sales and Operations Planning and run rough cut capacity planning monthly.
