Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; APICS CPIM or equivalent certification encouraged.
• Minimum 3 years in production planning or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, data modeling and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve master scheduling processes and tools with the supply chain team.
• Analyze demand and supply at item, customer, and master schedule levels and recommend actions.
• Conduct rough-cut capacity planning before publishing schedules.
• Lead the monthly SIOP process and facilitate cross-functional reviews.
• Balance customer demand with capacity, inventory, and production constraints.
• Monitor key KPIs: OTD, schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
