Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• APICS Certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding requirements and status of key projects and open orders.
• Audit scheduling rules and coordinate with departments to meet On Time Delivery targets.
• Track open items, secure purchase order coverage, and resolve contractual issues delaying input or shipment.
• Process orders for assigned accounts, including entry, maintenance, and acknowledgments.
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler to plan workflow and align with manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Expedite operations to recover schedules and reconcile shipments daily.
