Responsibilities

• Communicates with regular and prospective customers regarding requirements and status of key projects, orders and issues.
• Tracks open items, quotes changes to project scope, secures purchase order coverage, and resolves contractual delays.
• Processes orders for assigned accounts: entry, maintenance, acknowledgments, and resolution of late releases or shipments.
• Adjusts billing or service-related complaints and escalates where needed.
• Draws up master schedules to meet shipping dates based on forecasts and orders.
• Analyzes production specs and capacity to plan manufacturing processes and headcount.
