Responsibilities

• Prospects via outbound calls and referrals; builds a circle of influence for business development.
• Qualifies lending opportunities using consultative sales; presents to clients and loan committee as needed.
• Prepares and analyzes cash flow and risk for term sheets and loan structures.
• Promotes cross-selling of other banking products; travels for client meetings and industry events.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, BSA/AML, and regulatory requirements.
