Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in sales, marketing, or business.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales, sponsorship, strategic marketing, event management, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of retail management, marketing, and advertising with media industry familiarity.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, selling, and negotiation skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to communicate visually and in writing.
• Willingness to work varied schedules including weekends and evenings.
• Strong team-building and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell revenue opportunities through mall and media assets.
• Develop retailer intensification strategies and promote platform programs.
• Execute SBV programs at field level and manage marketing budget.
• Forecast ROI monthly and optimize marketing spend.
• Create annual marketing plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, signage and advertising.
• Maintain media relations and respond to media inquiries.
• Grow social media presence and build SMS/Email subscriber base.
• Participate in Manager on Duty rotation and mall leadership meetings.
