Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in sales, marketing, or business.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales, sponsorship, strategic marketing, event management, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of retail management, marketing and advertising and media industry familiarity.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to communicate verbally, visually, and in writing.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and evenings.

Aufgaben

• Identify, create and sell revenue opportunities through strategic positioning of mall assets and programming to meet financial sales goals.
• Develop retailer intensification strategies and promote platform programs to retailers.
• Execute national/regional SBV programs at the field level and manage ROI-focused budgeting.
• Create annual marketing budgets, allocate expenses and media for platform programming and brand messaging.
• Forecast monthly results and maximize marketing dollars through ROI analysis.
• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan supporting corporate objectives and center metrics.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, signage and advertising programs for the shopping center.
• Manage media relations and respond to media inquiries as needed.
• Drive growth of social media channels and data collection (SMS/Email) for the unit.
• Participate in mall leadership duties, staff meetings, and management responsibilities.
